Year 3 & 4 Dodgeball Yr3&4

On Thursday 18th November, the year 3/4 dodgeball team traveled to Thorpe Hall School to take part in a multi-school dodgeball event.

The tournament started with the group stages, the team played four matches, two against Richmond and two against Thorpe Hall. In all four matches the team won both round one and round two, making it through to the super 8s as winners of the group.

In the super 8s, the team continued to play strong working incredibly hard in each and every round. In the first game the team won round one, lost round two and managed to win round three, winning the match. The second game, they lost round one, won round two, lost round three, losing this game. The team then played their last game of the super 8s, they once again lost round one, won round two and unfortunately lost round three. With all their games played the completion was over for the team.

Every member of the team played fantastically throughout the tournament, showed sportsmanship, respect and great comradery. They were all a credit to the school and did a fantastic job to make it into the super 8s.
