WRAPAROUND CARE
BREAKFAST CLUB
West Leigh Breakfast Club is open to all children who attend West Leigh Junior School and West Leigh Infant School. Bookings are made in advance and cost £6.50 per session.
Breakfast club is open daily from 7.30am, during term time only.
All bookings need to be made on Arbor by 6.30am on the day.
In the event of an emergency or change of circumstances, children can attend on the day with no notice given or prior booking. The session will then be added to Arbor for payment to be made.
The children are offered toast, bagels, crumpets or fruit loaf along with milk or water. This is not intended to be a replacement to the child’s breakfast.
Activities during breakfast club may include, playing board games, doing arts and crafts, using playdough, drawing and colouring, doing puzzles, tracing and outdoor play.
Children who attend our Junior School will go into the playground for the start of the school day at 8:40am. Children from the Infant School are led across by our staff for the start of their day.
Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for Breakfast Club. Please notify us if paying by voucher.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
West Leigh Junior School After School Club runs until 6:00pm daily in the Lower School Hall.
After School Club is open daily from 3.25pm, during term time only.
All bookings needs to be made on Arbor by 7.30am on the day.
Mrs Parsons, Miss Ling and Mrs Walton will be amongst the staff welcoming the children. You can collect your child from the Year 4 entrance. There is a bell on the door if needed.
The children have a snack at 3:45pm, followed by a selection of wraps, bagels, pitta bread, with various fillings, Soreen fruit bars, raisins, fresh fruit and vegetables from 4:30pm.
The children engage in a variety of activities including visiting the computer suite, outside play, playing board games, drawing and colouring, reading and having the opportunity to do homework.
There are three After School Club sessions available:

Full session (£12.00)
This session is from 3:25pm until 6pm. The children will receive a snack and light meal.

Until 4:30pm (£6.00)
This session is from the end of school at 3.25pm until 4.30pm. The children will receive a snack.

From 4:30pm (£8.50)
If your child goes to an extra-curricular club after school (e.g. football or baking club), they can still go to After School Club directly from the school activity. The children will receive a light meal.
Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for After School Club. Please notify us of where you would like the money allocated, whether for after school club and/or breakfast club.

INFANT SCHOOL CHILDREN
West Leigh Breakfast Club and After School Club are both open to those wishing to join us from West Leigh Infant School. Please complete the Registration Form and and Wraparound Childcare agreement and return to the Junior School office. An Arbor account can then be created to book and pay for sessions.
