Year 4 Girls' Football

On Friday 27th January, our Year 4 Girls’ football team took part in the SPSSA Year 3/4 Girls’ Football competition at Len Forge. The team played 12 games in total with 6 in the morning and 6 after lunch - each game lasting 8 minutes. This was the first time most of the team had played competitive football and with every match, their skills, confidence and knowledge of the game improved. Their teamwork and sportsmanship were fantastic throughout the day. After every match, the girls had smiles on their faces and thoroughly enjoyed a day of playing football.
