Year 4 dodgeball competition

The Year 4 dodgeball team competed in the Southend competition on Wednesday. There was some fantastic dodging, ducking and diving on the courts and powerful throws to take the other teams out. The team were grouped with four other schools with the winner of the group progressing through. West Leigh narrowly missed out on 1st place after defeat in their final match. The team were fantastic throughout the morning increasing in confidence and skill with every game they played. Well done dodgeballers!
