On Friday the year 3/4 boys football team competed in the Southend football competition at Len Forge. The sun was shining and the boys had plenty of games to play - 16 matches! Each match was 6 minutes one way and the boys did not waste a single second, with strong attacking play and solid defensive work, along with brilliant saves from the goal keeper. The boys demonstrated spectacular skills, fantastic team work and outstanding resilience throughout the competition. The team lost four, drew three and won nine matches. The boys did a brilliant job, showing great sportsmanship and respect to all and were a credit to the school.
