Girls' Football vs Temple Sutton

On Friday 19th January, Mr Nash and Mrs Mitchinson travelled to Temple Sutton Primary School with the girls’ football team to play in their second league game of the season.

The girls got off to a great start, pushing forward, applying pressure and demonstrating great defensive skills. With the first half finishing West Leigh 2-0 Temple Sutton.

The girls continued their form throughout the second half. Temple Sutton managed to get a shot at goal and score off the post making the score 2-1. The girls remained focused on the game in hand and scored a further 2 goals. With the final whistle blown the game finished West Leigh 4-1 Temple Sutton.
