Last night we had a beautiful send off into the Christmas holidays with our annual Christmas Carol service at St Margaret’s Church. The Big Read
This week the teachers and support staff taken part in 'The Big Read'. The children choose which book they would like to listen to for 20 minutes a day for the week. At 9.10am every morning, every room and corner of the school is filled with silence as the children settle down for story time. Christmas Decoration morning
Every year we set aside a morning for each year group to invite a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle into the school to help make Christmas decorations for their classrooms. The children really do love having the chance to welcome family members into the school and to take part in a joint activity.
