
Ingredients:

300g oats

125g butter

2 tablespoons of golden syrup

90g sugar

8 pieces of fudge

2 tbsp milk chocolate chips

Before you start:
Wash hands
Put on apron
Tie hair back
Method:

Pre-heat your oven to 160ºC and grease and line a tin.

Chop the fudge into small pieces.

Mix the oats and sugar together in a bowl.

Melt the butter. Once melted stir in the golden syrup and stir into the oat mix until all the oats are covered.

Stir in your chopped fudge and place in your prepared cake pan.

Press down and put into the oven on the middle shelf.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate drops on to the hot flapjack, return to the oven for 1 minute just to soften the chocolate drops enough so they stick to the flapjack but still hold their shape.

Leave in the pan for a couple more minutes then place of a cooling rack to cool for 10 minutes then cut into slices.
